The fourth in a series of seven forums recorded on August 4, 2010 at the Center for the Arts in Crested Butte, CO. This event hosted Dr Leonard S. Rubenstein, Visiting Scholar at the John Hopkins Bloomberg School for Human Rights and Public Health and former head of Physicians for Human Rights, speaking on the ethics of torture and its effect on individuals. Part 1 is his speech to the forum and part 2 is Rubenstein answering questions from the audience.
